Co-Founder
Having developed into a strong leader with 17 years of experience in logistics, operations, and sales, Ty has discovered a knack for building strong business operations and successfully executing strategic growth plans across several industries.
After positioning his team for success as business growth continued post-pandemic, he decided it was time to help other businesses and clients reach their profitability and professional development goals through consulting and coaching.
Ty is focused on helping Gannett’s clients increase their revenues by developing and executing unique growth strategies while maintaining competitive cost structures within their businesses and he also offers support to individuals looking to grow in their careers through dedicated executive coaching and business development courses. Ty lives with his wife and their 3 children in Pinedale, Wyoming where they own and operate a fitness facility training athletes of all ages. His family also enjoys participating in all of the outdoor activities that Wyoming has to offer year round.
Kyle O'Leary
Co-Founder
With more than 16 years of experience in logistics and supply chain of refined products, Kyle has a proven track record of success in supporting the development and execution of complex operations, improving profitability, and enhancing employee development throughout his expansive career in aviation.
After a successful career in aviation, he has turned his focus to supporting companies in multiple industries navigate strategic growth and expansion opportunities through Gannett while also helping clients achieve success in pursuit of their business and professional goals through executive coaching.
Kyle is focused on helping Gannett’s clients develop and execute growth strategies while ensuring their operations are positioned to successfully support expansion with best-in-class service. He has an eye for detail and a history of delivering industry leading cost savings through fine-tuned procurement processes and unmatched knowledge of aviation fuel logistics and tax/fee structures. He is passionate about seeing people succeed and offers support to individuals looking to grow in their careers through executive coaching and leadership development offerings as well. Kyle lives with his wife and their 2 dogs in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex where they enjoy attending live music events and exploring all that DFW has to offer.
